A fine particle classification system is provided to separate fine particles passing through a separation filter and particles that do not pass through the filter, easily according to the size by floating the un-classified particles by sonic energy of the ultrasonic wave and kinetic energy of rotation and then forcibly circulating the gas. A fine particle classification system(1) is composed of: a hopper unit(10) receiving and temporarily storing un-classified particles; a classifying container unit(20) connected to the lower end of the hopper unit to float the un-classified particles by the ultrasonic wave and rotating power; an inlet filter unit(30) connected to the classifying container unit to filter foreign materials of the supplied gas; an outlet filter unit(30a) for filtering the gas passing through the classifying container unit and flowing out to a vacuum pump unit(40); the vacuum pump unit connected to the outlet filter unit to circulate the internal air of the classifying container unit forcibly; valve units(60,60a) connected to the inlet and outlet filters and operated by a control unit(50); and the control unit having a switch for controlling operation of the valve units and the vacuum pump unit. |
