PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensation sensor that dwill not have fluctuations in the output signal, even if the dielectric constant of an insulating substrate is changed, due to the dispersion in the material component of the insulating substrate. SOLUTION: The dew condensation sensor is equipped with a reference part 20, provided on the upper surface of the insulating substrate 11 and comprising a pair of reference electrodes 18 and a pair of the reference patterns 19, that are electrically connected to a pair of the reference electrodes 18 and provided in parallel at a predetermined interval and a dew condensation preventing means 16 is provided, being located in the vicinity of the reference patterns 19 in the reference part 20.
