The structure has a cover body in the form of a container, around which positioning holes (12) are provided. Hexagonal stiffeners (13) are provided at the bottom of interior side of the cover body. The positioning holes have a positioning screw with multiple portions for fixing and locking a closing plate (10). The stiffeners have cellular shape, and are connected to a wall from the interior side. The screw includes a positioning portion and a threading portion between which a step plate is provided.
