A safety apparatus for a crosswalk is provided to enable a driver to easily identify traffic lights by implementing an implant type signal lamp in the crosswalk. A safety apparatus for a crosswalk includes an implant type signal lamp, a protecting device, and a spring. The implant type signal lamp is implanted at a center portion of roads. The protecting device protects the implant type signal lamp mounted therein. The spring, which supports the implant type signal lamp, absorbs external impact applied to the implant type signal lamp through elastic force.
