A bending-type hinge module and an electronic device having the same are provided to rotate the bending-type hinge module semi-automatically by providing an elastic member to connect the first member with the second member. A bending-type hinge module comprises a hinge shaft(121), the first member(123), the second member(125), and an elastic member(127). The first member(123) is rotatively combined with the hinge shaft(121). The second member(125), rotatively combined with the hinge shaft(121), is arranged correspondingly with the first member(123) with the hinge shaft(121) in the center. The elastic member(127), of which both end portions respectively are connected to the first member(123) and the second member(125), provides elastic force so that the two members(123,125) can get close to each other through rotation.
