PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of an opposite party and editing operation in executing a large number of broadcast transmissions in executing transmission of FAX or an electronic mail using an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 101 includes a destination confirming and changing processing section 153 for an information terminal which executes a data transmission function for confirming a destination in a PC and a data processing function for confirmed and changed data; and an address book data link processing section 141 for transmitting an address book of the image forming apparatus to the information terminal to execute matching processing between the address book having a duplicate created on the information terminal and the address book of the image forming apparatus.
