<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display module capable of holding desired display by holding potential of a pixel electrode until it becomes the following field. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel which is arranged in matrix to form the LCD module, comprises: a first thin film transistor (TFT) in which either of a source and a drain is connected to a source line, and the other is connected to a source or a drain of a second TFT, and a gate is connected to a first gate signal line; the second TFT in which the other of the source or the drain is connected to the pixel electrode, and a gate is connected to a second gate signal line; a common line; a first capacitance C1 which is composed of a connection point of the first TFT and the second TFT, the common line, and a first insulator pinched by them; a second capacitance C2 which is composed of a connection point connected to the pixel electrode in the source and the drain of the second TFT, the common line, and a second insulator pinched by them; and a third capacitance Clc which is composed of the pixel electrode , a facing electrode, and a liquid crystal section pinched by them.
