<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver coverage determination system that can reliably determine whether the person to drive a vehicle is covered by an insurance contract even when insurance companies are changed. <P>SOLUTION: The driver coverage determination system comprises a driver management apparatus, a plurality of insurance contract information servers, and a relay server communicable with the driver management apparatus and communicable with each of the insurance contract information servers. The relay server comprises a storage part for storing an insurance contract management list associating a vehicle ID, an insurance contract term and an insurance contract information server communication address, and an insurance contract information provision relay part for acquiring the corresponding insurance contract information server communication address by a vehicle ID received from the driver management apparatus and the current date/time, from the insurance contract management list, sending the vehicle ID and contract term to the insurance contract information server at the acquired communication address, receiving insurance contract information on the insurance contract identified by the vehicle ID and contract term sent, from the insurance contract information server, and sending the received insurance contract information to the driver management apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
