PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of rolling in an actuator movable part when the actuator movable part is driven in a tracking direction resulting from height-direction positional deviation between the center of gravity of the actuator movable part and the point of application of tracking drive. SOLUTION: For the purpose of generating a driving force in a tilt direction for canceling rolling, rolling cancel coils 9 and 10 are fixed to a lens holder 1 so as to effectively exert on an effective magnetic field formed by a magnetic circuit having magnets 4 and 5.
