PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic treatment device for sludge where scale deposited and stuck to the surfaces of cathode plates is peeled off, and the capacity of the electrodes can be revived. SOLUTION: Electrodes 2, 3 as cathodes and anodes are alternately arranged at an electrolytic cell 1 into which sludge is introduced, a fixed wiper 4 for wiping away scale generated on the surfaces of the cathodes 2 is arranged at the upper part of the electrolytic cell 1, and further, the cathodes 2 with which the fixed wiper 4 comes into slidable contact are provided freely ascendable/descendable by a driving apparatus.
