PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization of a UHF antenna and to promote the spread of the terrestrial digital broadcasting by configuring the UHF antenna utilizing a satellite receiving antenna. SOLUTION: An arm portion 7 of a parabolic antenna comprises a UHF antenna 10 constituted of a loop antenna, so that a reflector 3 of the parabolic antenna is utilized as a reflector of the UHF antenna 10. Furthermore, a fixing part 16 for fixing the UHF antenna 10 on the arm part 7 is configured to horizontally and vertically adjust an inclination angle of an antenna element 12 with respect to the reflector 3, thereby adjusting a directional property of the UHF antenna 10. Moreover, the fixing part 16 is configured to fix an electronic apparatus 18 for amplifying a UHF reception signal and mixing it with a satellite reception signal on an opposite side to the UHF antenna 10 with the arm part 7 inbetween.
