A breaker of a gas insulation type load break switch is provided to improve arc extinguishing operation by supplying gas through an arc extinguishing gas path. A breaker of a gas insulation type load break switch includes a shaft case(310) and a shaft. The shaft case(310) has a plurality of partitions(311) functioning as an arc extinguishing gas path at the inner/outer circumferences, a plurality of gas holes(312) partially penetrating the inner/outer circumferences between the partitions(311), main circuit fixing electrodes(313) and grounding circuit fixing electrodes(314) at the upper and lower ends of the upper side respectively, and a shaft through hole at the front center. The shaft has a pair of inserting grooves at one end along a body, a connecting protrusion between the inserting grooves, a rotation shaft inserting groove at the connecting protrusion to be connected with an adjuster of the gas insulation type load break switch, a pair of operation electrode through holes at both sides along the width of the body, an operation electrode separating protrusion in the operation electrode through hole, a fixed electrode inserting groove contacted to an operation electrode, and a plurality of rotation wings protruded at regular intervals.
