PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tube type heat exchanger extremely easy to manufacture, low in manufacturing cost, compactly manufactured with excellent thermal efficiency and easily built into equipment in the double tube type heat exchanger inserting an inner tube 1 through an outer tube 2 and exchanging heat between a fluid flowing through the inner tube 1 and a fluid flowing through between the inner tube 1 and outer tube 2. SOLUTION: The double tube type heat exchanger inserts the inner tube 1 through the outer tube 2 and exchanges heat between the fluid flowing through the inner tube 1 and the fluid flowing through between the inner tube 1 and outer tube 2. A coil 3 is joined to the inner peripheral surface of the inner tube 1, and a coil 4 is joined to the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube 1.
