A tangential reciprocating engine consists of body in which pistons are placed, those are arranged with possibility of translational motion in double-acting cylinders under pressure of working body and transfer of rotary motion through system of supplementary parts to output shaft. The engine is equipped with tangent cylinders with axles placed in tangent relative to shaft direction, to pistons of those cylinders pushers are hinged, those are hinged as well to pistons of radial cylinders. At that pushers under pressure of radial pistons through periodic interaction with disc can transfer rotary motion to output shaft due to periodical motion of tangent pistons.
