<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery capable of obtaining high capacity and restraining swelling. <P>SOLUTION: It is preferable that an anode activator layer 13B contains Sn and first elements (Al, Zn, Ag, In, Sb, Pb or the like) excluding Sn capable of reacting with Li as constituent, and further contains second elements (Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cr or the like) not electrochemically reacting with Li which are outside of constituent of anode current collector 11. Electrolyte solution is impregnated in a separator 15, and the electrolyte solution contains sultone having unsaturated bonding like 1,3-propenesultone.
