PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve deficiency of easiness, efficiency and preciseness which generate in series of work, in which the conventional series of work at the time of attaching a spacer create the spacer by measuring a space thickness, or create the spacer by combining plates after preparing many kinds of plates different in thickness in advance. SOLUTION: The spacer having a thickness required for the places can be created by providing an angled laminated part, which is laminated at one side or two sides of the spacer comprising a laminated sheet which is laminated by an adhesive agent peelable or peeling and again bonding materials of a thin thickness on the square base plate (hereinafter referred to as the adhesive agent), without using the adhesive agent, inserting the part into the space attached on the spacer, and moving the space thickness on the part. In addition, the spacer can be temporary tacked to the substrate by applying the adhesive agent on the bottom of the plate of the spacer.
