A variable compressor structure of an air conditioner in a vehicle is provided to prevent noise in the variable compressor used in an air conditioner by rapidly lowering inside pressure of the compressor when the compressor is stopped. A variable compressor structure of an air conditioner in a vehicle includes a valve housing(10), an inner hole(20), an electromagnet(30), a magnet(50), a spring(60), a coolant discharging path(80), and a ball(70). The valve housing is installed on one side of a variable compressor. The inner hole is formed on one side in the valve housing. The electromagnet is installed on an intermediate spot of a side of the inner hole and operates with a power supplied simultaneously when a driving power is inputted to the compressor. The magnet is installed inside the inner hole and a piston is installed on one side of the magnet. The spring is installed on the inner hole and on an opposite side to the piston of the magnet, and applies an elastic force to the magnet. The coolant discharging path is formed through the valve housing and connects a coolant outlet and inlet of the compressor. The ball is installed on an end part of the piston of the magnet for opening and closing the coolant discharging path according to operations of the electromagnet.
