PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise of a drain pump installed in an air conditioning device. SOLUTION: This drain pump includes a motor 10, a rotary blade 100a connected to an output shaft of the motor, and a pump housing 50a storing the rotary blade. The rotary blade 100a includes a shaft part 110 connected to the output shaft of the motor, a plate shape large diameter blade 120 extending from a shaft part in a radial direction, a plate shape small diameter blade 140 connected to the large diameter blade via a connection part, and a hollow disk member 160a connected to a lower end part of a ring member. The disk member 160a of the rotary blade has angles of roughly 2-13 degrees in relation to a horizontal surface, and a bottom surface corresponding to a disk member of the pump housing 50a storing the rotary blade is roughly in parallel with inclination of the disk member 160a.
