<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of ensuring good riding comfort and steering stability with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: When a moving state of a vehicle 2 (the roll motion and the pitching motion) is calculated, each solenoid 68 of first and second flow passage changing valves 60F, 60R is excited and set at the second operational position, a front right cylinder 5FR is communicated with a rear left cylinder 5RL, and a front left cylinder 5FL is communicated with a rear right cylinder 5RR. The fluid is transferred from a cylinder on the expansion side to a cylinder on the contraction side by operating front and rear bilateral pumps 28F, 28R to perform the expansion and the roll motion and the pitching motion are suppressed. Good riding comfort and steering stability can be ensured accordingly.
