The device is assembled of a tissue protection sleeve (10) with an s-shaped handle (16) joined in a right angle at the rear (14), a trocar (30) with a bulbous tip (32, 34) and two ring-shaped projections (36, 38) at its outer surface, and a shorter s-shaped handle (50) at its rear end. The short handle (50) is provided with a longitudinal slot (58), engaging with a matching curve (20) at the front handle (16) and preventing the trocar (30) from an unintentional rotation.
