A quartz plate support apparatus for fabricating an organic light emitting display is provided to reduce damage of a quartz plate by slidably transferring the quartz plate in a chamber to bond the organic light emitting device. A quartz plate support apparatus includes a quartz plate(100) transferred in a chamber to bond an organic light emitting device, a protection frame(110) with the quartz plate, and a support plate(120) installed in the chamber and having a sliding transfer device for transferring the protection frame. The sliding transfer device has plural rollers(122a,122b) installed on the protection frame and contacting and guiding the protection frame.
