PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the easy dismount of a printing form plate at its dismount in an offset printing machine, on which a sleeve is employed, on a mounting method of the printing form plate to the sleeve. SOLUTION: The mounting method of the printing form plate 4 to the sleeve 1 in the offset printing machine, on which the sleeve 1 is employed, is equipped with a protective layer forming step for forming a protective layer 2, which protects the external peripheral surface of the sleeve 1, on the external peripheral surface of the sleeve 1, a bonding layer forming step for forming a bonding layer 3 for bonding the printing form plate 4 onto the surface of the protective layer 2 and a printing form plate 4 bonding step for bonding the printing form plate 4 onto the surface of the bonding layer 3.
