PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the horizontal rigidity of a unit building by simplifying joining work of a building unit to a foundation and simultaneously raising its joining strength. SOLUTION: The unit building 10 comprises the building unit 20 having a pedestal 21A joined to a floor beam 22 and a foundation 11 to which the building unit 20 is fixed.
