Compounds of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or ester thereof, which are inhibitors of cathepsin K and are useful for treating diseases and medical conditions in which cathepsin K is implicated, such as, inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and tumors.
