The use of thrombolytic medicaments (I) in tablet form for therapy of a disposition towards thromboembolism is claimed, where (I) contains a combination of acetylsalicylic acid (ASS), melilot dry extract, horse chestnut seed dry extract and butcher's broom ('Mausedorn'; Ruscus aculeatus) root dry extract, effective against changes in symptoms in the blood vessels. Alternatively (I) contains a combination of ASS and streptokinase, effective against symptom complexes in the blood vessels. ACTIVITY : Anticoagulant; thrombolytic.
