PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas furnace outside air heating device free from corrosion of an exhaust pipe even when it is installed outdoors and used under a low outside air temperature. SOLUTION: This gas furnace type outside air heating device 1 is installed outdoors, heats the air for ventilation to supply the heated air into a room, and has the exhaust pipe 11 for exhausting an exhaust gas discharged from a combustion unit 4 connected with a gas burner unit 3 to the outside of a device main body 2. The exhaust pipe is mounted near a side face of a flow channel in which the heated air for ventilation in the device main body passes through, and shielded by an exhaust pipe wind shielding body 12 so as not to be directly kept into contact with the air for ventilation.
