<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disseminating and holding cultured cells in holes of a porous biocompatible material in high efficiency in a range of regeneration medical technology for treating a damaged organ by using cells. <P>SOLUTION: The method for disseminating cells in holes of a porous biocompatible material comprises holding cells in the holes of the porous biocompatible material in high efficiency without offering any obstacle of cells by a method for introducing cells into the holes of a porous biocompatible material by using an external force.
