摘要 PURPOSE: A measuring device of a distance with a laser and a method thereof are provided to exactly detect a target signal by using a laser diode of low power and measuring the distance through a pulse detection method. CONSTITUTION: A laser distance measurement device contains a laser receiving unit(200), a data accumulating unit(310) and a distance measuring unit(320). The laser receiving unit receives laser beams reflected from a target and outputs as an electric signal. The laser receiving unit outputs measurement data after removing voltage components through a background scattering of a laser overlapped in the electric signal and reduced according to a distance by differentiating the electric signal. The data accumulating unit contains a frame RAM(Random Access Memory) storing previous accumulation data. The data accumulating unit adds the measurement data and the previous accumulation data and stores the data in the frame RAM repeatedly. The distance detecting unit calculates a target distance to the target based on the accumulation data in the frame RAM. Thereby, a target signal buried in noise is detected easily and exactly.
