<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely analyze faults generated by packet data transmitted/received by a network printer. <P>SOLUTION: The network printer 101 is provided with a network control part 106 for transmitting/receiving packet data through a network, a copying buffer 108 for copying the packet data transmitted/received by the network control part 106 and a packet data copying/transmitting processing part 104 for copying and replacing the transmitted/received packet data, setting the replaced packet data in the copying buffer 108 and transmitting the set data to a specified transmitting destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
