The system is a mobile, multi-functional and interactive one integrated into a module comprising a central processing unit (CPU) which is capable of providing a communication link between a control centre and the user in order to check security. This link is via mobile phone and/or radio transmission. An external peripheral detection part of the system is connected to the control centre via a wireless link and designed to send a signal to this centre.
