PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and inspect assignment to a current lot, and clear assignment of medicinal substance contained and the other important data in the whole manufacturing process, that is, in the whole steps of cleaning, filling, sterilizing and packaging, further even in subsequently using the syringe, in the method for identification/monitoring of a medical syringe, especially the method for identification /monitoring of an already loaded syringe product or syringe sylinder. SOLUTION: According to this method, first preferably the syringe cylinder is provided with a label or a tag, by which a product, a lot, dosage, a filling date, and quality maintenance limit date can be clearly identified. Subsequently, inspection and reading are performed to sort out the syringe 1 with an unreadable or not so completely readable label or tag and the label or tag of a different lot, and such label or tag is removed.
