Silicic acid particles (A), in bulk, intended for incorporation into a polymer matrix (B), particularly made of rubber, consists of a mixture of silicic acid (I) and a cellulosic material (C), i.e. one or more of (microcrystalline) cellulose; (chemo-)thermomechanical pulp and/or wood or plant fibers. An independent claim is also included for a process for preparing (A).
