PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve haze of patterns caused by re-sublimation of sublimation type coloring matters with heat in urethane foaming when metal decoration board with sublimation transfer patterns is used for a thermal insulation panel. SOLUTION: A metal decoration board 1 with sublimation transfer patterns is used as a thermal insulation panel. The board 1 is made by osmosing a sublimation type coloring agent 14 into a laminate metal sheet 3 on which a transparent or translucent shell resin layer 13 is formed. The shell resin layer's crystallinity is 20 to 50%, and having 70 to 120°C in glass transition temperature through a shell adhesive layer 11 made of saturated polyester resin of which melting point is 100 to 180°C on metal sheets 8 face.
