PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive device wherein the generation of electrical discharge can be restrained by relieving the concentration of electric field in a heat anchor. SOLUTION: In the heat anchor 6, one end surface of an insulator 6c has a trench 6e of a recessed shape, and a metal member 6a at high potential is joined to a bottom surface of the trench 6e which bottom surface is in parallel with the end surface of the insulator 6c via a metal film 6d. The metal film 6d of the bottom surface is formed in an area wider than the bottom surface of the metal member 6a. Since the metal member 6a and the metal film 6d which is formed widely than the bottom surface of the metal member 6a become equipotential, the concentration of electric filed is relieved at a boundary part 6f of a contact surface between the metal member 6a and the insulator 6c, and electrical discharge can be restrained.
