PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a stable flower arrangement preventing arranged flower from coming off from a container flooded with water by putting the flower in the container flooded with water, with the action of the supporting member only by inserting it from above into a through hole of an upper support plate and a through hole of a lower support plate so that the lower end of the flower reaches the container. SOLUTION: The instrument is provided with the upper support plate and the lower support plate with a specified number of through holes and support member. These upper support plate, the lower support plate, and the support member are arranged in turn through a specified distance in substantially parallel and these upper support plate, the lower support plate, and the support member are connected by interposed members to provide the arranged flower fitting instrument. By selecting the through holes of the upper support plate and the lower support plate in an appropriate relation, the figuration of flower decoration can be freely changed.
