PURPOSE: A jig for machining a flange of a body panel is provided to reduce reject rate by preventing friction between the circumference of a rotary shaft and a housing guide groove. CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft(8) has a flange machining surface(8a) and guide slots(8b), and is installed at a die guide groove(7a) formed at a lower die(7). A couple of fixing brackets(31) are installed at fixing blocks(7b) integrated with the lower die by coupling members. Fixed bars(33) are coupled to the fixing brackets, and are located at the guide slots. A couple of bearing members(35) are fit into the fixed bars, respectively, and contact with the inner surface of the guide slots.
