PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a hydraulic cylinder constituting a power-steering device for steering a front wheel and to prevent the possibility of a hydraulic hose to interfere with a rotary member such as an engine crank pulley and get damaged. SOLUTION: The hydraulic cylinder 28 is constituted of a cylinder tube 34 in which a piston and a piston rod are inserted, and right and left packing cases 35R, 35L fitting to the cylinder tube to block up both ends of the cylinder tube. Right and left joints 36R, 36L for connecting the oil-pressure hose are provided in both sides in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder tube, and the rotation of cylinder tube 34 to the right and left packing cases is stopped by a block body 43 when the right and left packing cases are attached in a front axle case 27.
