PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging implement capable of surely preventing, with a simple structure, a plurality of objects of different sizes to be packaged from moving in the inside of an exterior box thus from rattling and shifting. SOLUTION: The packaging implement 1 comprises a cushioning member 3 inside the exterior box 2 having lid parts (flaps) 23A, 23C opposite to each other for protecting the objects X, Y to be packaged, and is so constituted that the cushioning member 3 has protrusion parts P1 projecting outward from both of its sides, being sandwiched between the lid parts 23A and 23C of the exterior box 2, while having the protrusion parts P1 extended over the lid parts 23A, 23C.
