SUBSTANCE: method involves creating grain flow in the form of falling rain; spraying propionic acid by nitrous oxide for generating aerosol flow; providing contacting of grain with aerosol in countercurrent flow; before spraying operation, introducing into propionic acid preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella lignicola micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue.
