The arrangement for the flat covering of ground elevations (1) has a support construction to hold cover elements (5) which are located at a distance from the surface (3) of the elevation and at least partially cover it. The support construction and/or the cover elements have means which serve for the winning of solar energy and/or rainfall. The ground elevation may be constructed as a sound attenuation wall (2) on a motorway, and the support construction is installed on the sloping side (6) facing away from the motorway.
