ROOT CHANGE SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to designate a route change section with a small number of operations.

SOLUTION: This route change system for changing a route having points at the both edges and middle of the route is provided with: a database having an inter-point information table for managing the route for each inter-point information divided by adjacent points; a route extracting means for designating a route change section starting point to start the change of the route and a route change section terminating point to end the change of the route to extract a route connecting the route change section starting point and the route change section terminating point; and a route selecting means for selecting a route to be changed from the extracted routes.
