PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a film coated sheet enabling the formation of a film coated layer with a uniform film thickness by the use of coating liquid even when a support body has a large area.

SOLUTION: In the method for producing the film coated sheet, the film coated layer is formed by means of the process which comprises a process (1) of applying the coating liquid containing a resin material and a solvent on a support body and a drying process (2) of the coating liquid to be applied. Therein, the drying speed of the coating liquid to be applied in the drying process (2) is controlled to be ≤0.3[g/(m2×s)].
