PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air permeable bag which is excellent in deaerating property and is suitable for packaging of a grain which can prevent invasion of vermin or the like from outside and water permeation. SOLUTION: The air permeable bag is composed of a laminated film having a base material layer and a heat-adhesive resin layer and is formed by heat-adhesive parts on circumference edges, wherein at least one of heat-adhesive parts on circumference edges is a permeable heat-adhesive part comprising a non-heat-adhesive part and a heat-adhesive part, an extended part of the laminated film having a predetermined width is formed on the outside of the permeable heat-adhesive part and one or plurality of punctiform protrusions projecting toward the inner side are formed on one of the laminated films at the extended part, being adjacent to the outer edge of the permeable heat-adhesive part and on the outside of the non-heat-adhesive part.
