<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of an operator performing test print and main print operation on a print operation picture at the time of print-outputting image data. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of print-outputting an image whose print is not processed and an image whose only test print is finished, a picture quality adjusting picture for adjusting picture quality is displayed on a monitor 3, and an operator is made to adjust the picture quality of the image to be print- outputted on the picture quality adjusting picture. Then, an output selection picture following the picture quality adjusting picture for selecting main print and test print is displayed on the monitor 3.
