PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional system constructed of a service sponsor and a system operation body belonging to separate companies or separate enterprise sections and incapable of taking a proper cooperative action between them in the case of a defect of a system resulting in a delay of notification. SOLUTION: This automatic public relation system 100 receives trouble information from a service providing system 40 and a countermeasure/recovery condition information from the system operation body 30 for generating public relation information. Timing for distributing the public relation information to each related organization is decided, while an information item to be distributed is extracted to be distribution.
