PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fabricate an electric double layer capacitor of high quality rationally. SOLUTION: A feeding apparatus of container members 60a and 60b (bottom part and cover part), included in a treatment means for assembling a container 10 into a storing state of a laminated body, comprises a palette 34a for supporting the plurality of bottom parts 60a in a piled state with a recessed part 14 upward, a palette 34b for supporting the plurality of cover parts 60b in a piled state with the recessed part 14 downward, a robot hand 80 for lifting the bottom parts and the cover parts from the upper side of the palettes 34, with the recessed part 14 of the bottom part 60a upward and with the recessed part 14 of the cover part 60b downward, through a suction pad 81 and carrying them alternately onto an assembling stage of the container 10; and suppressing means 38, 55, and so on for suppressing the second and the following other than the uppermost to be carried, out of the bottoms 60a and the covers 60b supported in a piled state on the palette 34, so that the second and the following are not lifted at the same time.
