PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positional information processor by which a voice regarding a present position can be provided to a user without providing a circuit used to output the voice. SOLUTION: The positional information processor is provided with a first antenna 11 used to receive radio waves; a positional data generation part 12 used to generate positional data on the basis of the radio waves; a memory 14 used to store a plurality of voice data regarding a plurality of points in such a way that the plurality of points correspond to a plurality of point data expressing the points; an interface part 15 used to transmit and receive the data between itself and a computer 1; a control part 13 in which the positional data are compared with the positional point data and which outputs voice data corresponding to the point data when the point data whose difference from the positional data is within a prescribed value; and a transmission part 16 used to receive the voice data so as to be transmitted to a headphone 16 via a second antenna 17.
