FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: access to the keyhole in the lock is closed by the device operating according to the principle of the sluice chamber, consisting of a body and two shutters made in such a manner that the upper of them opens only when the lower one is closed and vice versa. At a relative position of the upper shutter and the body of the device so that its groove is matched with the body groove, the runner partially moves to the body groove fixing the position of the upper shutter and the position of the device. In this case the access inside the body gets open, and the key is inserted in the slot of the upper shutter. The lower shutter in this position is so arranged that its slot is perpendicular to the plane of the keyhole, i. e. it closes the access to the keyhole. Then, the runner moves back into the upper shutter enveloping the key head and closing the access inside the body. Then, the upper shutter together with the lower one turn counter-clockwise by 90 deg. The slot in the lower shutter in this position coincides with the plane of the keyhole, access to which now is free. The upper shutter together with the key and runner lowers down, the key enters the keyhole, and the lock gets open by turning by 360 deg. Then, everything returns to the initial position, and the key is extracted from the device. EFFECT: at a low manufacturing cost the lock with the device blocking the use of skeleton keys ensures 100-% guarantee against opening with the use of skeleton key or skeleton-key-like appliances, considerably complicates the selection of a key due to a complete isolation of the keyhole and the key from environment, excluded any manipulations with the lock. 5 dwg |
