METHOD FOR TREATING PANCREONECROSIS

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should dissect peritoneum along inferior and superior contours of pancreas. It should be isolated with two-layer gauzepolymeric tampons. Area of pancreatic caput and omental bursa should be drained. For tamponade one should use detachable two-layer drainage-porolon tampon with waterproof upper layer. Omental bursa is washed through tampon's drainage. During changing tampons one should perform stage-by-stage sanitations of pancreatic destruction foci and fiber. The method enables to separate retroperitoneal fiber against pancreas, carry out omental bursa washing and necessary sanitations of destruction foci. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. 2 dwg
