PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a code lock capable of being recombined, being easily assembled by piecework at a home without need of a press machine or the like and being disassembled to easily recombine the code lock even if any defective component is found out after the code lock has been assembled. SOLUTION: In the code lock constituted by fitting a plurality of rings 4 having one unlocking notch 43 on the inside circumference to a drum 12 of a spindle 1 passing through and supporting a shackle 3 in a rotatable manner and supporting them on a nut 2, it is so constituted that the nut 2 placed on the lower end of the spindle 1 and a locking piece 13 formed in the lower end of the spindle 1 are capable of making inserting and pushing in operation by operation from the outside of the nut 2 in an unlocking state by a pin 5 in a detachable manner.
